Sperm in yogurt: Man charged

This is really a disgusting news...and funny...Anthony Garcia, 31, was arrested Wednesday by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) on federal felony charges of food tampering in relation to the January incident at a Sunflower Market in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

A grocery store worker in the US, who misled a shopper into tasting a yogurt sample tainted with semen was charged in court on Friday

The female victim told cops that she was shopping with her daughter at the Sunflower Farmers Market when she was approached by a "pushy" Garcia offering her the yogurt sample.


After tasting the yogurt, the woman immediately thought the sample tasted "gross and disgusting" and tasted like 'semen.' !! I wonder how she knows what semen taste like..haha


DNA testing already confirmed that the semen in the sample belonged to Garcia.


Apparently, after he mixed his semen into the yogurt, Garcia aggressively coaxed a woman into tasting it.

Anthony Garcia is also awaiting trial over unrelated pending charges of child molestation

According to federal agents, Garcia has a decade's worth of alleged sex crimes on his record, including exposing himself and masturbating in public.


He is currently awaiting trial over unrelated pending charges of child molestation.


So next time if someone call you to try yogurt sample...better make sure he/she eats it as well..haha..
